The Channel Island Financial Ombudsman resolves complaints from the public about financial services provided in the Channel Islands. The CIFO board does not investigate complaints – its responsibility is to protect the independence of the Ombudsman.
CIFO is looking for three new non-executive directors, one of whom will be chair-designate. These are paid positions.
You will need experience of providing or using financial services; or providing ombudsman services; or managing bodies similar to CIFO
