Aurigny is recruiting a new Non-Executive Director to become Chair of the Audit Committee.
They are looking for:
- Accounting qualification or similar financial experience
- Knowledge and understanding of financial management, risk management, audit and financial reporting
- Knowledge and understanding of UK and Guernsey financial regulations
- Understanding of the issues and challenges of providing transport services to and from the Bailiwick
This is a paid position – salary to be discussed. Time commitment is approximately two days per month, more in the initial year. The Director will be required to attend Board and designated sub-committee meetings. The term of appointment is nominally for 3 years, with the potential for a further 3 year term.
